Bister, manufacturer of top-quality mustard and seasonings since 1926.

The most well-known mustard is the one called L’Impériale but Bister boasts over 30 different recipes, including Dijon mustard, semi-mild, mild, organic, traditional style, with honey – the list goes on and on.
Apart from mustards, our key products are in the piccalilli, cold sauces, gherkins, onions and capers range.
Discover the two 2 Bister sites: one in Jambes (Namur) in Belgium, and the other in Saint-Thibault (Troyes,  Champagne) in France.
