One of our main unique strengths is the capacity to manufacture all types of mustard.

Strong, mild, flavoured, smooth, with visible seeds, standard or certified organic - you name it and we have the mustard to suit your taste.

The mustards shown here are the top selling items, but we also create customised products in various packaging forms, from 100 g jars to 1,000 kilo containers.


L'Impériale mustard

Primarily sold in multifaceted jars (so-called "grenade-shaped "), this is the mustard the general public is most familiar with. Its colour and distinctive flavour are extremely popular in Belgium. It is also available in 1 L, 2 L and 5 L formats.

 

Bister Dijon mustard

Contrary to what people usually think, Dijon mustard is neither a brand nor a registered designation of origin. "Dijon" is a recipe relying on a strictly controlled mustard seed that may be made anywhere in the world. Our Dijon mustard is available in 2 L, 5 L or 10L volumes, or in bulk (containers).

The type of mustard typically spread on hot dogs or used to perk up chips. Mild mustard suits all palates in terms of taste and spiciness. The 2 L or 5 L volumes are the most popular lines.

Traditional-style mustard

Traditional-style mustard

This mustard is made with" traditional style" crushed mustard seeds, as in days of yore when stone millstones were used. We make two types: the "standard" traditional-style with spirit vinegar, and the "French" traditional-style with cider vinegar and spices. Our standard sizes are 2 L and 10 L. Our traditional-style organically produced mustard is also available in 10 L containers.

We have created a so-called "salt-free" mustard for enhancing the taste of meals for people following a low sodium diet. With its extra low sodium content, this mustard extra is sold not only in 200 g jars but also in small 1 L containers, which are especially popular with hospital catering staff.
