All our sauces are available in business formats.
Our sauces are produced in 2 L, 3 L, 5 L and 10 L volumes, to reflect different tastes and the varied market requirements.
Bulk formats (50, 200 or 1,000 L) are also available on an advance contract basis. |

Mayonnaise
Our top seller is "Mayonnaise Extra" in 10 L containers, but we also produce other varieties of mayonnaise: "deluxe", "with eggs", "caterer" and certified Organic.

Béarnaise
With just the right amount of estragon, this exquisite béarnaise sauce is served cold or heated up in a double boiler. Primarily sold in 3 L containers, but other formats are available on demand.

Cocktail
Our cocktail sauce is carefully balanced with a dash of tomato and perked up with just the right amount of cognac. Mainly sold in 3 L containers.

Tartar
Full flavoured and garnished with tiny pieces of crisp vegetables, this tartar is in a class of its own, thanks to its outstanding taste. Customer demand dictates the focus on the 2L format L.

Andalouse
Spicy and slightly sharp a "standard" andalouse sauce has an excellent taste. Generally required in 2 L pots.

Ketchup
Spicy but not overdone, sweetened but not too much, our ketchup suits all tastes (low in preservatives). 10 L is the standard format but 5 L containers may also be supplied. |

Pickles
Miscellaneous piccalilli recipes containing varying quantities of vinegar and spices are available in business formats, primarily in 2 and 5 L volumes.
