- 600 gr of broccoli
- Half a lemon
- 3 sprigs of parsley
- 1 soup spoon of oil
- 200 gr of spaghetti
- 150 gr of diced smoked bacon
- 75 gr of butter
- 2 to 3 soup spoons of Bister L'Impériale mustard
- Salt and white pepper
- 2 soup spoons of coarsely chopped walnuts.
Wash the broccoli and cut it into pieces.
Boil a large saucepan of salty water for the pasta and add the spaghetti.
While this is cooking, boil 2 litres of salty water with the lemon and parsley added and blanch the broccoli for 3 minutes.
Drain the broccoli and rinse quickly in cold water.
Save the cooking juice.
Melt the butter, add 1/8 of a litre of cooking juice from the broccoli and bring it to the boil.
Add l'Impériale mustard and beat briskly.
Salt and pepper.
Drain the pasta and pour them into the mustard sauce, add the bacon and broccoli.
Sprinkle over the chopped walnuts.
