We offer a wide range of products to the restaurants and caterers.
This range includes the products that we make (mustard, piccalilli, mayonnaise or capers) but also the various products that we represent (oils, vinegar, fleur de sel etc.).
We have three very traditional products (medium-strength mustard, Dijon mustard etc.) as well as more original condiments (traditional mustard with balsamic vinegar of Modena, for example).
Alongside this, we also have a full range of organic condiments.
Our goal? To satisfy the requirements of specialist distributors, whether for restaurants or caterers.
The restaurant industry has a number of demands, particularly in terms of delivery lead times.
Because we know what our regular customers need, we have stock suited to them that stays permanently in our factories, kept aside for them. That can be done by accurately managing rotations within our factories.
We can therefore carry out our deliveries within a time-frame suited to the industry's requirements.
