ORGANIC PICCALILLI

Our real Piccalilli, but now with organically grown ingredients. Always chunks of fresh, vinegar-coated vegetables in a refreshing sauce, spiced to perfection. 

Characteristics: Our organic Piccalilli is rich in small fresh vegetables (onions, gherkins, cauliflower) cooked in a blend of yellow spices and vinegar, all organic. As crunchy as ever, it differs from the classic version by its slightly less vibrant color and the addition of organic cane sugar, which gives it a softer acidity.

Best enjoy with: appetizers or cheese cubes, but also cold cuts (cervelas, ham sausage) and hot dishes with French fries or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients: water, distilled vinegar*, gherkins*, wheat flour*, cauliflower*, onions*, cane sugar*, spices*, stabilizer (xanthan gum).
