Characteristics: Tender and creamy, our Bearnaise sauce with tarragon (2%) combines sweetness and flavour with its buttery, finely spiced taste.

Best enjoy with: red meat, like a good beef steak, but also salmon or oven-grilled white fish, asparagus or potatoes.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, water, vinegar, powdered egg yolk (powdered egg yolk, salt, glucose syrup), sugar, tarragon, sea salt, lemon zest, flavouring, color: beta-carotene.
